【摘要】 边疆县域经济发展落后，普惠金融重点服务对象是边疆县域居民及企业，深入研究普惠金融能否促进边疆县域经济发展，对于加快边疆经济发展、改变边疆落后状况具有重要意义。基于此，对农村普惠金融改革“田东模式”进行案例分析，聚焦边疆县域范围内普惠金融对经济发展的影响，发现普惠金融可以通过收入效应、产业结构优化以及实体经济发展三种机制促进边疆县域经济发展。进一步研究发现，普惠金融不能显著改善边疆县域收入分配状况、稳定推动边疆县域经济运行、持续优化边疆县域产业结构。基于此，提出普惠金融更好地促进边疆县域经济发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The economic development of frontier counties is backward, and the key service objects of inclusive finance are frontier county residents and enterprises. An in-depth study on whether inclusive finance can promote the economic development of border counties is of great significance to change the backward situation of frontier areas and alleviate the gap of economic and financial development in frontier areas. Based on this, this paper focuses on the impact of inclusive finance on economic development in frontier counties, makes a case study of the "Tiandong model" of rural inclusive finance reform, and finds that inclusive finance can promote the economic development of frontier counties through three mechanisms: income effect, industrial structure optimization and real economy development. Further research found that inclusive finance could not significantly improve the income distribution of border counties,steadily promote the economic operation of border counties, and continuously optimize the industrial structure of border counties. Based on this, this paper propose policy recommendations on inclusive finance to better promote the economic development of border counties.更多还原
