【摘要】 安化黑茶，特别是茯砖茶，具有多种有益人体健康的功效，因其独特的制作工艺和品质风味备受市场欢迎。肠道菌群作为人体重要的“微生物器官”，对人类健康发挥着重要作用。近年来，安化黑茶对肠道菌群的影响也受到越来越多的关注，研究表明安化黑茶能有效调节肠道菌群的紊乱，促进宿主健康。文章系统归纳了近年关于安化黑茶及其主要活性成分调节肠道菌群的研究报道，总结了其调节作用对预防疾病的功效及相关机理的研究进展，以为安化黑茶的进一步研究和开发提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anhua dark tea, especially Fuzhuan brick tea, has a variety of beneficial effects on human health and is very popular because of its unique production technology, quality and flavor. As an essential "microbial organ", gut microbiota plays an important role in human health and disease. In recent years, the effects of Anhua dark tea on gut microbiota has attracted more and more attention. Studies illustrated that Anhua dark tea can effectively regulate the disorder of gut microbiota to promote host health. Therefore, the research reports about the regulation of Anhua dark tea and its main functional ingredients on gut microbiota were recapitulated in this paper. Then the research advances of its regulatory effect on disease prevention and related mechanism were summarized, which would provide new insights for further research and development of Anhua dark tea.更多还原
