【摘要】 茶产业是新昌县的农业支柱产业。为进一步发展茶产业，新昌建立了茶产业创新服务综合体，并于2021年引入了浙江大学茶叶研究所科研资源，建立了新昌中国大佛龙井研究院。研究院发挥了牵引和整合作用，尤其是在茶业的智能化、数字化方面，探索出产业链一体化的发展道路，初步构建了茶产业智数化的矩阵格局。文章对新昌县茶产业智数化发展进行探索性的梳理和思考，以为新昌茶产业发展提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tea industry is the agricultural pillar industry of Xinchang county. In order to develop the tea industry,Xinchang has established a tea industry innovation service complex, and introduced the scientific research resources of the Tea Research Institute of Zhejiang University in 2021 to establish the Xinchang China Dafo Longjing Research Institute. The institute has played a leading and integrated role, especially in the intellectualization and digitization of the tea industry. It has explored a way of industrial chain integration, and preliminary constructed a matrix pattern of intelligent digital integration. This paper provided an exploratory overview and reflections on the development of the tea industry in Xinchang which would be useful for the better development of Xinchang tea industry.更多还原
