车用滚装船轴系振动异常诊断与诊治

【摘要】 针对某型车用滚装船试航过程中出现的轴系纵向窜动过大导致的纵振超标问题,建立面向超长轴系的纵-扭耦合振动分析模型,综合分析轴系固有特性变化规律,并结合实船测试结果,确定轴系振动异常是由轴系纵振与主机运行转速匹配不当所致。开展轴系振动异常诊治研究,提出多种面向超长轴系的结构优化及振动控制策略,预测多诊治措施下的振动发展走向。结合现场实际状态选择最优诊治方案并进行试航验证,结果发现轴系纵振得到明显改善。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the longitudinal vibration problem caused by the excessive longitudinal runout of the shaft system of a certain type of Ro-Ro ship during the trial voyage, the longitudinal-torsional coupling vibration analysis model of ultra-long drive shaft is established, and the change rule of the intrinsic characteristics of the shaft system is comprehensively analyzed and combined with the results of the ship test, it is confirmed that the problem is caused by the improper match between the longitudinal vibration of the shaft system and the operating speed of the main engine. The governance method of the vibration problem of the ultra-long drive shaft is studied, and a variety of structural optimization and vibration control strategies for the ultra-long shaft system are proposed, and the direction of vibration development under multi-diagnosis and treatment measures is predicted. According to the actual situation, the optimal diagnosis and treatment scheme is selected in combination with the actual state of the site and verified in the test flight. The experimental results show that the longitudinal vibration problem of the shaft is obviously improved.
