双资源约束下的船舶管件柔性生产车间调度优化
Scheduling Optimization of Flexible Production Workshop for Marine Pipe Based on Improved Cuckoo Search Algorithm
【摘要】 针对船舶管件柔性车间的复杂制造环境,建立以完工时间为主要优化目标、以设备资源和辅助资源为约束条件的双资源约束柔性生产车间调度问题模型,设计一种改进布谷鸟算法对其进行求解。针对问题特征及复杂性,在布谷鸟算法核心框架不变的基础上,提出一种莱维飞行自适应步长因子;同时,设计基于2种局部搜索的巢寄生策略,并引入模拟退火算法,以解决工序维、设备维和资源维的调度优化问题。将该算法应用于企业实际生产模型,结果表明:改进算法能有效避免设备资源冲突,具备较好的综合调度特性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the complex manufacturing environment of marine pipe fitting flexible workshop, a dual-resource constrained flexible job shop scheduling problem model taking completion time as the main optimization objective and equipment resources and auxiliary resources as constraints is established and an improved Cuckoo algorithm is designed to solve it. For the problem characteristics and complexity, on the basis of the unchanged core framework of the Cuckoo algorithm, a kind of Lévy flight adaptive step factor is proposed,while a nest parasitic strategy based on two kinds of local search is designed and a simulated annealing algorithm is introduced to solve the scheduling optimization problem in process dimension, equipment dimension and resource dimension. The algorithm is applied to the actual production model of the enterprise, and the results show that the improved algorithm can effectively avoid equipment resource conflicts and has better integrated scheduling characteristics.
