【摘要】 基于胆胃同治理论的临床应用，归纳总结临床胆胃同病的治法为清胆和胃法、温胆降胃法、利胆和胃法、润胆益胃法、补胆温胃法、达胆和胃法、安胃疏胆法、清胃凉胆法、降胃抑胆法和通腑泄胆法十法，详细分析各治法的证治方药与加减应用，最后附以1个案例进行病机治法分析，供临证诊治胆胃相关疾病参考，以期提高临证疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on clinical application, summarized ten methods of gallbladder and stomach simultaneous treatment,including clearing gallbladder and harmonizing stomach, warming gallbladder and directing stomach qi downward, promoting gallbladder and harmonizing stomach, moistening gallbladder and boosting stomach, smoothing gallbladder and calming stomach,cooling gallbladder and clearing stomach, supplementing gallbladder and warming stomach, dredging gallbladder and harmonizing stomach, inhibiting gallbladder and directing stomach qi downward, draining gallbladder and dredging stomach. Detailed analyses on the syndrome, treatment, prescription, drugs and prescription application of addition and subtraction. Finally, a case was attached to analyze the pathogenesis and treatment in order to provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder and stomach diseases and improve clinical efficacy.更多还原
