【摘要】 文章总结国医大师吕仁和教授提出的“二五八三六九”治糖方案，围绕方案的内涵、临床意义、发展现状并结合临床实际进行阐述。该方案从治疗目标、治疗原则、治疗方法及具体措施剖析医患双方如何协同配合，结合医师的客观诊疗与患者的主观能动性，充分体现了中医治未病和“天人合一”的整体观念。随着时间推移，“二五八三六九”治糖方案被赋予新的内涵，对该方案进行阶段性总结和解读具有一定的必要性，可用于指导多种内分泌代谢性疾病的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes TCM master LYU Renhe’s experience about ‘258369’ treatment program of diabetes and explains its connotation, clinical significance, development status and clinical application. ‘258369’ treatment program of diabetes expounds that how both doctors and patients cooperate in treatment goals, principles, methods and specific measures.It also combines physicians’ objective guidance with patients’ subjective initiative, and fully reflects the essence of TCM:preventive treatment of disease and the holistic view of ‘harmony of man and nature’. With the passage of time, the ‘258369’treatment program of diabetes has been given new connotations, and is necessary to summarize and interpret in stages, which can be used to guide the treatment of various endocrine and metabolic diseases.更多还原
