【摘要】 “命门”及其学说的发展在中医脏腑抽象化过程中具备典型性，目前对其理论的底层逻辑及体系性研究尚存可深化之处。文章首先从《黄帝内经》《难经》的“命门”界定差异切入，考察了命门的分化与演变。而后围绕命门相火与精气，外拓分析了三焦“别使”之用。继而顺着三焦的配属关系，探讨了心包络的分出，乃至与其范畴相近的膻中“臣使”之用。最后，综合考察与统一“君火与相火”“别使与臣使”等相对范畴的底层逻辑，以之为基础初步呈现了神气互用的体系模型，将“神气”进一步落于“形”并探索以“治神”为核心的相关应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of ‘Mingmen’ and its theory is typical in the process of abstracting the viscera of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, there is still room for further research on the underlying logic and system of its theory. This paper examines the differentiation and evolution of ‘Mingmen’ from the perspective of the difference in the definition of ‘Mingmen’in Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing. Later, around the ministerial fire and essence of the ‘Mingmen’, the function of ‘Bieshi’ of the triple energizer was analyzed. Then, according to the relationship of the three jiao, the paper discusses the separation of the heart envelope, and even the use of ‘Chenshi’ in Danzhong, which is close to its category. Finally, it comprehensively investigates and unifies the underlying logic of relative categories such as ‘monarch fire and ministerial fire’ and ‘other envoys and ministers’. On this basis, it preliminarily presents the system model of the mutual use of spirit and qi, further connects ‘spirit and qi’ to ‘form’ and explores the relevant applications with ‘governing spirit’ as the core.更多还原
