【摘要】 《中药学》教材中常将“引火归原”列为肉桂的功效之一。文章从“引火归原”的原始含义、病机发展、临床应用，系统总结了张景岳及此后古代医家“引火归原”的病机演变及用药配伍规律，并与现代医家使用“引火归原”法的用药规律进行对照，发现“引火归原”是一种中医治法，而不是药物的功效；实现“引火归原”的治疗目的，需要补肾阳药、补肾阴药、酸收药和沉降药共同配伍。因此，笔者认为，“引火归原”可以作为肉桂配伍应用的功效或者临床应用的目的，而不应被放入肉桂的功效之列。更多还原

【Abstract】 ‘Returning fire to its origin’ is one of the functions that various of textbooks on Chinese Materia Medica have highlighted when introducing the Cinnamomi Cortex. This article systematically summarized the evolution of pathogenesis and the law of drug compatibility of ZHANG Jingyue and later ancient doctors from the original meaning, pathogenesis development,and clinical application of ‘returning fire to its origin’, and compared it with the law of medication using the method of ‘returning fire to its origin’ by modern doctors, found that ‘returning fire to its origin’ was a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method,not the efficacy of medicine; to achieve the therapeutic purpose of ‘returning fire to its origin’, it should be used in combinations which including herbs that supplement kidney yang, herbs that supplement kidney yin, herbs which were sour and astringing, and herbs which perform the effects of sinking and descending in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the author believes that ‘returning fire to its origin’ can be used as the efficacy of Cinnamomi Cortex compatibility or the purpose of clinical application,and should not be included in the efficacy of Cinnamomi Cortex.更多还原
