【摘要】 目的：探索慢性乙型肝炎患者运气禀赋与出现显著肝纤维化的关联性。方法：选取广东省中医院肝病科2009年1月至2013年1月住院行肝脏组织病理检查的慢性乙型肝炎患者共740例，记录患者的基本信息，采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析患者受孕及出生时的运气禀赋与发生显著肝纤维化的关联。结果：出生时段为少阴君火司天的慢性乙型肝炎患者发生显著肝纤维化的风险显著增加[OR=2.00,95%CI(1.08,3.69)]。主气少阳相火时段受孕[OR=0.53,95%CI(0.29,0.94)]、客气阳明燥金时段受孕[OR=0.52,95%CI(0.28,0.95)]、己年出生[OR=0.43,95%CI(0.19,0.99)]、辛年出生[OR=0.45,95%CI(0.20,0.99)]的慢性乙型肝炎患者均降低出现显著肝纤维化的风险（P<0.05）。结论：先天运气禀赋与慢性乙型肝炎患者出现显著肝纤维化存在着一定的关联性，受孕时段及出生时段运气因素均有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between Yunqi endowment and significant liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods: A total of 740 patients with chronic hepatitis B who underwent liver histopathological examination in the Hepatology Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2009 to January 2013 were selected, the basic information of the patients was recorded. A multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the association between the Yunqi endowment and the occurrence of significant liver fibrosis. Results: Chronic hepatitis B patients born during the period of Shaoyin Junhuo sitian had a significantly higher risk of developing significant liver fibrosis [OR=2.00,95%CI(1.08, 3.69)]. Conception during the period of main Qi Shaoyang Xianghuo [OR=0.53, 95%CI(0.29, 0.94)], pregnancy during the period of polite Yangming Zaojin [OR=0.52, 95%CI(0.28, 0.95)], birth in Ji year [OR=0.43, 95%CI(0.19, 0.99)], and chronic hepatitis B patients born in Xin year [OR=0.45, 95%CI(0.20, 0.99)] had a reduced risk of significant liver fibrosis(P<0.05).Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the innate Yunqi endowment and the significant liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and both the time of conception and the time of birth are affected by Yunqi factors.更多还原
