【摘要】 脑为元神之府，通过脏腑经络系统对官窍活动具有统摄调控的作用；官窍包括头面五官及前后二阴，为脑之功能的外在表现，官窍有病，常提示脑部受损。脑与官窍，在解剖上相互关联，在功能上相互影响，近代解剖学揭示，控制官窍活动的颅神经与脑相连，且临床研究发现，用脑的理论指导某些官窍病证的治疗多获良效。因此，文章结合古代医家论述，初步探讨脑与官窍在生理、解剖和病理方面的联系，以期为临床从脑论治官窍相关病证提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The brain is the house of the vital energy, and it has the effect of controlling the activities of the orifice of sense organ through the internal organ meridian system; the orifice of sense organ includes the five facial features of the head and ‘front and back two yin’, which are the external manifestations of the brain function, and the orifice of sense organ which diseased,often indicating brain damage. The brain and the orifice of sense organ are anatomically related and affect each other in function,and modern anatomy reveals that the cranial nerves that control the activity of the orifice of sense organ are connected to the brain,and clinical studies have found that the treatment of some official disease evidence guided by the theory of the brain has more effective results. Therefore, this article will combine the discussion of ancient physicians to preliminarily explore the relationship between brain and the orifice of sense organ in physiology, anatomy and pathology, in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of orifice of sense organ related diseases from the brain.更多还原
