干姜与大枣提取物对酸冷刺激大鼠消化道菌群属水平和代谢功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察干姜、大枣提取物调节酸冷刺激后大鼠口腔、胃、小肠、大肠消化道菌群变化以及菌群代谢功能预测。方法:随机将30只SD大鼠分为对照组、醋酸组和醋酸药物组,每组10只。对照组正常饮食。醋酸组采用pH浓度为3.9、温度为4℃的醋酸进行灌胃。醋酸药物组给予干姜、大枣提取物灌胃。灌胃10 d后,分别取口腔、胃、小肠、大肠内容物,检查各组大鼠在酸冷刺激后菌群属水平的变化。结果:消化道菌群属水平变化,酸冷刺激后,各部位的益生菌、致病菌结构和多样性均有改变(P<0.01,P<0.05),在干姜、大枣提取物干预后,致病菌大致呈现抑制趋势(P<0.01,P<0.05)。胃部菌群,有7条通路醋酸组的丰度值较高。大肠菌群,有10条通路醋酸药物组的丰度值较高。结论:酸冷刺激导致消化道菌群属水平变化和代谢功能更加活跃,干姜大枣提取物对大鼠肠道菌群紊乱具有调节作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of dried ginger and jujube extracts on the changes of digestive tract microflora and the prediction of bacterial metabolic function in the digestive tract of oral cavity, stomach, small intestine and large intestine in SD rats stimulated by acid cold. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, acetic acid group and acetic acid administration group, with 10 rats in each group. The control group ate a normal diet. Fixed acetic acid at pH 3.9 and temperature 4 ℃ was used for gavage. The acetic acid administration group was gavaged with dried ginger and jujube extract. After 10 days of gavege, the contents of oral cavity, stomach, small intestine and large intestine were taken respectively to check the changes of microflora level in each group after acid chilling stimulation. Results: Genus level changes of digestive tract flora, after acid chilling stimulation, the structure and diversity of probiotics and pathogenic bacteria were changed(P<0.01, P<0.05), after the intervention of dried ginger and jujube extract, the pathogenic bacteria showed a trend of inhibition(P<0.01, P<0.05). There were 7 channels of gastric flora, and the abundance value of acetic acid group was higher. Coliform, with 10 pathways,had a higher abundance value in the acetic acid group. Conclusion: Acid-cold stimulation results in changes in the level of gastrointestinal flora and more active metabolic function. The extract of dried ginger jujube can regulate the intestinal flora disorder in rats.
