国家雪橇队男子运动员肩关节、肘关节等速肌力及双侧力量均衡特征分析
Analysis of Isokinetic Muscle Strength and Bilateral Strength Balance Characteristics of the Shoulder and Elbow Joints of Male Athletes in the National Luge Team
【摘要】 雪橇比赛的出发阶段十分关键,而肩关节、肘关节在出发阶段的技术动作中发挥着重要的功能。采用测试法和数理统计法,运用等速肌力测试系统,对10名国家雪橇队男子运动员双侧肩关节、肘关节的屈、伸肌群力量及双侧力量不均衡特征进行探究。发现我国男子雪橇运动员双侧肩关节、肘关节的伸肌力量大于屈肌力量,伸肌向心收缩力量特征符合雪橇运动员出发阶段的专项技术特点;我国男子雪橇运动员肩关节、肘关节存在屈伸肌群肌力比失衡与双侧力量不均衡特征,具有潜在的运动损伤风险。提出在提升运动员肩关节、肘关节力量素质的同时,也要重视双侧肌群力量的均衡发展,以期提高我国雪橇项目体能训练的科学化进程,为我国雪橇项目的未来研究提供理论借鉴。
【Abstract】 The start phase of luge racing is crucial, and the shoulder and elbow joints play an important role in the technical movements during the start phase. Using the test method and mathematical statistics method, this paper uses the isokinetic muscle strength testing system to explore the strength of flexor and extensor muscle groups of the bilateral shoulder and elbow joints and the characteristics of the imbalance of bilateral strength of 10 male athletes of the national luge team. It was found that the strength of the extensor muscles was greater than that of the flexor muscles in the bilateral shoulder and elbow joints of the Chinese male luge athletes, and the characteristics of the centripetal contraction strength of the extensor muscles were consistent with the specific technical characteristics of the start phase of the luge athletes. The imbalance in the strength ratio of the flexor and extensor muscles and the unbalanced bilateral strength of the shoulder and elbow joints in Chinese male luge athletes have the potential risk of sports injury. It is proposed that while improving the strength quality of the shoulder and elbow joints, the balanced development of bilateral muscle group strength should also be emphasized in order to improve the scientific process of physical training in China’s luge program and provide theoretical references for future research in China’s luge program.
