【摘要】 花样滑冰是一种包含体育技巧、舞蹈艺术和音乐艺术的综合性冰上运动，运动员需要在完成各种支撑、跳跃、旋转及滑行动作的同时，展现出充分的艺术表现力。青少年是我国花样滑冰项目发展的人才来源，但现阶段由于国内对花样滑冰运动的研究和理解不够深入，往往过于重视对学生技巧动作的训练而疏于对表现力的培养，对于音乐鉴赏能力的教育也存在不足。对此，提出优化花样滑冰教学的方式方法，既要从身体素质上保障学生完成技术动作的基础能力，也要从心理层面、艺术评鉴、乐感理解上加强对学生的教育和引导，使学生先融入花样滑冰这项运动，再追求训练质量的提高。通过实现青少年花样滑冰表现力上的普遍强化，以此带动我国花样滑冰竞技水平的稳步提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Figure skating is a comprehensive ice sport that includes sports skills, dance art and music art, and athletes need to show full artistic expression while completing kinds of support, jumping, spinning and gliding movements. Juniors are the source of talent for the development of figure skating in China. However, at this stage,due to the lack of in-depth research and understanding of figure skating in China, too much emphasis is often placed on the training of students’ skills and movements, while neglecting the cultivation of expressiveness, and the education for the appreciation of music is also not enough. For this, it is proposed to optimize the teaching methods of figure skating, not only to ensure the basic ability of students to complete technical movements from the physical quality, but also to strengthen the education and guidance of students from the psychological level,artistic evaluation, and musical understanding, so that students can firstly integrate into the sport of figure skating,and then pursue the improvement of training quality. By achieving a general strengthening of the expressive power of junior figure skating, it can drive the steady improvement of China’s figure skating competitive level.更多还原
