南芬露天矿382岩石站附近控制爆破技术
Controllable Blasting Technology in the Vicinity of 382 Rock Station of Nanfen Open Pit Mine
【摘要】 南芬露天铁矿在开采过程中将382岩石站运输系统加以保留,为了降低矿石的积压,在岩石站的矿岩应采取必要的爆破采掘作业。因此,矿山在充分评估382岩石站配套构建筑物健康状态后,给出了振动速度阈值。使用矿山已有的大孔径钻孔设备,通过降低台阶高度、改变网路连接及装药结构、振动实时监测等手段保证了岩石站的振动安全。通过改变前排孔孔网参数、岩石覆盖等手段控制了飞石距离。使用集成大孔径低扰动控制爆破技术,南芬露天铁矿延长382岩石站7年使用时间,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
【Abstract】 During the mining process of Nanfen open-pit iron mine, the 382 rock station transportation system is retained. In order to reduce the overstock of iron ore, necessary blasting and excavation operations should be taken at the rock station. Therefore, after fully evaluating the health status of the supporting structures of the 382 Rock Station, a vibration speed threshold is determined. By using the existing large-diameter drilling equipment, the vibration safety of the rock station is ensured by reducing the height of the steps, changing the network connection and charging structure, and real-time monitoring of vibration. The flying stone distance can be controlled by changing the parameters of the front-row hole-network and rock coverage. By using integrated large-diameter and low disturbance controllable blasting technology, Nanfen Open Pit Iron Mine has extended the use of 382 Rock Station for 7 years, resulting in significant economic and social benefits.
