露天矿大孔径低扰动控制爆破技术工程应用

【摘要】 为解决爆破对南芬露天矿382岩石站设备、排岩硐及边坡等保护对象的振动影响及安全稳定的问题,提出了大孔径低扰动控制爆破技术。使用矿山已有的大孔径钻孔设备,通过降低台阶高度、优化起爆网路及装药结构、振动实时监测等手段保证了岩石站的振动安全,并通过设置挡墙和岩石覆盖等手段控制飞石及滚石。结果表明,采用大孔径低扰动控制爆破技术可以显著减弱矿岩开采爆破对近距离范围内建筑物的振动影响,可为类似条件露天矿山延长老旧建筑物服务年限提供借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of vibration impact and safety and stability of blasting on protected objects such as 382 rock station equipment, rock discharge caverns, and slopes in Nanfen open-pit mine, a large-bore low-disturbance controlled blasting technology was proposed. Using the existing large diameter drilling equipment in the mine, the vibration safety of the rock station was ensured by reducing the step height, optimizing the detonation network and charge structure, real-time vibration monitoring, and controlling flying and rolling rocks by setting up retaining walls and rock cover. The results showed that the use of large-aperture low-disturbance controlled blasting technology can significantly reduce the vibration impact of ore mining blasting on buildings within close range, which provides a reference for extending the service life of old buildings in open-pit mines under similar conditions.
