【摘要】 我国“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要将发展智慧养老产业上升为国家战略，数字平台逐渐成为推动养老服务“供给侧”改革的引领者和产业转型升级的新引擎，在数字平台驱动智慧养老服务供给的过程中，供给主体之间实现了充分的动态信息交互，智慧养老服务的资源配置实现了价值重构的要素协同，供需双方实现了全方位的精准匹配。本文通过厘清数字平台驱动智慧养老服务供给结构优化的作用机理，探索在价值共创理念下供给主体的最优稳定策略选择，研究发现：数字平台与智慧养老服务企业在价值共创理念引导下达成合作，是智慧养老服务供给结构优化的关键，无论哪方参与价值共创的成本更高，最终都需要政府干预才能使系统最终策略选择趋于理想状态，表明政府干预下的智慧养老服务系统能够在更短时间内实现优化；进一步仿真分析表明，智慧养老服务系统的最优稳定状态，需要博弈主体在考虑成本和收益的前提下，充分协作、实现共赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s “14th Five-Year Plan” and the outline of the long-term goals for 2035 have elevated the development of smart elderly care industry to a national strategy, and digital platform have gradually become a digital platform. In order to promote the leader of the “supply side” reform of elderly care services and a new engine for industrial transformation and upgrading, the supply of smart elderly care services is driven by digital platforms. In the process, sufficient dynamic information interaction is realized between supply subjects, and the resource allocation of smart elderly care services realizes the element synergy of value reconstruction. Both parties need to achieve an all-round accurate match. This paper explores the role mechanism of digital platform driving the optimization of smart elderly care service supply structure. Under the concept of value co-creation, the optimal stable strategy selection of supply entities is found to show that digital platforms and smart elderly care service enterprises are in the concept of value co-creation. Cooperation under the guidance is the key to optimizing the supply structure of smart elderly care services. No matter which party participates in value co-creation at a higher cost, it will eventually need to be governed. Government intervention can make the final strategy choice of the system tend to the ideal state of(1, 1), indicating that the smart elderly care service system under government intervention can be shorter optimization in time; Further simulation analysis shows that the optimal stable state of the smart elderly care service system requires the game subject to consider the cost and income.
