【摘要】 西安市乳制品产业历经40余年发展，已经形成较为完备的产业链。乳制品产业已成为地方产业扶贫、乡村振兴的重要手段之一，在繁荣地方经济、带动农民就业增收方面发挥了重要的作用。本文在回顾西安市乳品产业发展历史、现状、存在问题和原因的基础上，对本地区乳业发展的前景和出路进行深入思考，以期为地方产业发展科学决策和管理提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xi’an’s dairy industry has developed rapidly in the past four decades, and formed a complete industrial chain. It has become one of major measures to rural poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and plays a very important role in creating peasant employment and increasing farmers’ income. This paper presents a historical review, analyzes current status and existing challenges of dairy industry chain, explains some strategic thoughts and implementation way of dairy industry chain in Xi’an, and provides support and consultation of management and scientific decision making for dairy industrialization of Xi’an.更多还原
