磨音信号采集与处理实验系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在实验教学中,为帮助学生更好地掌握声音信号采集与处理领域的相关知识,开发了一套磨音信号采集与处理实验系统。采用STM32F103作为主控芯片,实现磨音数据的采集与存储、快速傅里叶分析、选频段磨音能量分析、TCP通信等功能。在实验教学中重点介绍磨音采集电路、信号调理电路、上位机显示等内容。实验的综合性强,能够有效促进学生的工程能力和科研思维的发展。

【Abstract】 In experimental teaching, to help students better master the related knowledge in the field of sound signal acquisition and processing, a grinding noise signal acquisition and processing experimental system was developed.Using STM32F103 as the main control chip, it implements functions such as the collection and storage of grinding noise data, Fast Fourier Transform analysis, selected frequency band grinding noise energy analysis, TCP communication, etc.The experiment focuses on introducing the grinding noise collection circuit, signal conditioning circuit, and upper computer display.The experiment is comprehensive and can effectively promote the development of students’ engineering capabilities and scientific research thinking.
