【摘要】 乡村小学实施课后服务是增强乡村教育服务能力、促进城乡教育均衡发展的重要举措，对提高乡村学生学业水平、促进学生心理健康发展、有效预防校园欺凌具有积极作用。城乡小学实施课后服务应采取差别化措施，通过开展乡村课业辅导、安全教育、人际交往、乡土文化传承的教育活动，发挥乡村小学课后服务的教育价值。做好乡村小学的课后服务工作需要政府、学校、社会、家庭的共同努力，为此，要完善课后服务成本分担机制、组建乡村小学课后服务教师团队、引进校外专业力量分担教师压力、搭建教师辅导云平台、发挥家校协同育人功能，满足乡村家庭教育需求，使课后服务真正成为促进城乡基础教育均衡发展、缩小城乡教育差距的新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of after-school services in rural primary schools is an important measure to enhance the capacity of rural education services and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.It has a positive effect on improving the academic level of rural students, promoting the development of students’ mental health, and effectively preventing school bullying. Differentiall measures should be taken to implement after-school services in urban and rural primary schools, and give full play to the educational value of after-school services in rural primary schools through educational activities such as rural homework tutoring, safety education,interpersonal communication, and inheritance of local culture. Doing a good job in after-school services in rural primary schools requires the joint efforts of the government, schools, society and families. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the after-school service cost-sharing mechanism, form a team of after-school service teachers in rural primary schools, introduce extra-school professional forces to share the pressure on teachers, build a teacher tutoring cloud platform, and give play to the function of home-school collaborative education to meet the educational needs of rural families, and make after-school service truly become a new way to promote the balanced development of urban and rural basic education and narrow the gap between urban and rural education.更多还原
