基于AHP-FUZZY模型的急倾斜中厚矿体采矿方法优选
Optimization of the mining method for steeply inclined medium-thick orebodies based on AHP-FUZZY model
【摘要】 采用层次分析法和模糊数学对其采矿方法进行优选,选择适合该矿的最佳采矿方法.首先通过查阅资料初步选出适合该矿体的采矿方法;其次运用层次分析法构造了采矿方法的影响因素指标的层次分析模型,确定了各指标的权值,最后根据模糊数学理论进行综合评判确定最佳采矿方法为向上水平分层充填法.该方法投入生产后,矿石损失贫化大大减小,可实现矿石价值84亿,节约42万元,取得良好的经济效益.
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of large ore loss and dilution, low mining efficiency of mineral resources and high mining cost in the production process of a tungsten mine, this paper adopted analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics to optimize the mining method and select the best mining method suitable for the mine. Firstly, the mining method suitable for the ore body was selected by consulting the data and selecting the first step. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the analytic hierarchy process model of the influencing factors of the mining method, and the weights of each index were determined. Finally, according to the fuzzy mathematics theory, the upward horizontal slicing and filling method was determined as the best mining method. By applying the method, the loss and dilution of ore has been greatly reduced during the process of mining ore with a value of 84 billion yuan. 420 thousand yuan has been saved and good economic benefits have been achieved.
