【摘要】 目的:采用Meta分析评价i-gel喉罩与Supreme喉罩用于小儿全麻气道管理的安全性与有效性。方法:检索Pub Med、Medline、Cochrane Library、中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库,收集2021年4月前关于i-gel喉罩与Supreme喉罩用于小儿全麻的随机对照试验,按改良Jadad量表评价研究质量,提取相关数据后采用Stata 15.0进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7篇文献,547例研究对象,其中i-gel喉罩组272名,Supreme喉罩组275名。Meta分析结果显示,i-gel喉罩的密封压高于Supreme喉罩(WMD=1.81,95%CI:0.13, 3.50);两种喉罩的首次置入成功率、置入时间、纤支镜检查分级及围术期并发症差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:i-gel喉罩与Supreme喉罩均可安全有效地用于小儿全麻气道管理,但i-gel喉罩的气道密封性更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of laryngeal mask in type of i-gel and Supreme for airway management during general anesthesia in pediatric patients. Methods: The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that compared laryngeal mask of i-gel and Supreme during general anesthesia in pediatric patients until April 2021 were collected, including the Pub Med, Medline, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP database. The modified Jadad scale was used to assess the quality of included studies. The relevant data were extracted and analyzed by Stata 15.0 software. Results: A total of 7 eligible studies involved 547 patients were screened and enrolled, including 272 in the i-gel group and 275 in the Supreme group. The results of meta-analysis indicated that the oropharyngeal leak pressure(OLP) of laryngeal mask in the i-gel group was higher than the Supreme group(WMD=1.81, 95% CI: 0.13, 3.50). There were no statistic differences in the first insertion success rate, time for device insertion, fiberbronchoscopy grading and perioperative complications(all P>0.05). Conclusion: Both i-gel and Supreme laryngeal mask airway can be safe and effective in pediatric general anesthesia, while i-gel may have better airway sealing.更多还原
