【Abstract】 Primary breast lymphoma(PBL) is a rare form of extranodal lymphoma. It often presents as a progressive and painless mass, which is easily confused with other diseases such as breast fibroadenoma and breast cancer. Patients with PBL progress rapidly and have poor prognosis, without clear treatment guidelines at present. This paper reports a case of bilateral primary diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the breast, aiming to provide clinical experience for the diagnosis and treatment of this kind of patients.更多还原
