【Abstract】 The advantages of China’s political system, as the embodiment of the advanced nature of socialism in China, are the result of the development and improvement of the system through continuous system construction in the process of getting out of the Soviet model, and reform is the fundamental path to demonstrate and strengthen the advantages of the system. This kind of institutional advantage comes from its unique internal structure as a systematic overall advantage, that is, the leadership of the Communist Party, the system of people’s congress and democratic centralism, which are the root point, support point and growth point of the generation and development of this overall advantage. The reform of the political system has made the synergy and overall advantages of China’s political system more obvious, made up for some weaknesses, enhanced the resilience of the system and comparative advantages in international competition, and promoted the maturity and finalization of the political system.
