SYSMEX XN-10[B3]全自动模块式血液体液分析仪检测有核红细胞应用评价
An Application Evaluation of SYSMEX XN- 10[B3] Fully Automated Modular Hematology Analyzer in Nucleated Red Blood Cell Detection
【摘要】 目的 探讨不同级别数量NRBC对SYSMEX XN-10[B3]全自动血液体液分析仪白细胞分类计数的影响,评价XN-10[B3]血液分析仪白细胞分类和NRBC计数的可靠性。方法 收集150例使用XN-10[B3]检出>0个NRBC/100个WBC的标本,其中1~20个NRBC/100个WBC标本50例,21~50个NRBC/100个WBC标本50例,>51个NRBC/100个WBC标本50例,同时使用镜检法计数同一份标本的NRBC百分比,使用SPSS 12.0.1统计软件进行统计分析。结果 NRBC在1~20、21~50和>51组别仪器法与镜检法的相关系数(r)分别为0.856、0.877和0.990,配对样本t检验,P值分别为0.107、0.604和0.006。结论 XN-10[B3]与镜检法检测外周血NRBC具有较好的相关性,NRBC数量越高相关性越强;当NRBC数量较高时,会干扰白细胞分类计数,仪器法报告分类计数结果需结合镜检法。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of different levels of nucleated red blood cells(NRBC) on white blood cell classification and counting by SYSMEX XN-10[B3] fully automated hematology analyzer, and to evaluate the reliability of white blood cell classification and NRBC counting by XN-10[B3] analyzer.Methods A total of 150 specimens with >0 NRBC/100 WBC detected by XN-10[B3] analyzer were collected for study, including 50 specimens with 1-20 NRBC/100 WBC, 50 specimens with 21-50 NRBC/100 WBC, and 50 specimens with >51 NRBC/100 WBC. NRBC percentage of the same specimens was counted using microscopy, and related statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 12.0.1 software.Results The correlation coefficients R between the instrument method and microscopy method in the 1-20, 21-50, and >51 groups were 0.856, 0.877, and 0.990, respectively. The paired sample t-test showed that the P values were 0.107, 0.604, and 0.006, respectively.Conclusion XN-10[B3] analyzer has a better correlation with microscopy in detecting peripheral blood NRBC, and the higher the NRBC content, the stronger the correlation. Furthermore, when the NRBC content is high, it may interfere with white blood cell classification and counting. Because of this, the classification and counting results gained by the instrument method should be combined with microscopy method.
