COL1A1、MMP3基因多态性与中国青年男性力量素质相关血液指标的关联研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨α-I型胶原(α-type I collagen, COL1A1)基因rs1107946位点、基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases 3,MMP3)基因rs650108位点多态性与长期坚持运动的青年男性体能素质的关联性。方法 选取374名青年男性,测量体成分,测试体能,同时,采集血样检测血常规、血液生化指标及基因位点多态性。结果 COL1A1基因rs1107946位点不同遗传模式CC基因型跪推实心球成绩高于AC基因型(P=0.037)、AA基因型(P=0.028)及AC+AA基因型(P=0.013);CC基因型俯卧撑成绩高于AC基因型(P=0.046)、AC+AA基因型(P=0.034);CC基因型立定跳远成绩高于AA基因型(P=0.006),C等位基因型(AC+CC)立定跳远成绩显著高于AA基因型(P=0.011)。MMP3基因rs650108位点不同遗传模式AA基因型跪推实心球成绩高于GA基因型(P=0.023)及GA+GG基因型(P=0.024)。COL1A1基因rs1107946位点CC基因型较AA基因型和AC基因型血清TBil和DBil高水平(P=0.040,P=0.041)、ALP低水平(P=0.018)。MMP3基因rs650108位点AA基因型较GG基因型和GA基因型HCT高水平(P=0.045),PCT、HDL-C低水平(P=0.011,P=0.012)。结论 COL1A1 rs1107946、MMP3 rs650108基因多态性可作为力量素质的分子遗传标记,COL1A1 rs1107946 CC基因型和MMP3 rs650108 AA基因型是力量素质的优势基因型。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between rs 1107946 polymorphism of α-type I collagen(COL1A1) gene and rs 650108 polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinases(MMP-3) gene and physical fitness in young men who have adhered to exercise for a long duration.Methods A total of 374 young men were selected for the study and measured for their body composition and physical fitness. Blood samples were collected to detect blood routine, biochemical parameters and gene locus polymorphisms.Results CC genotype of rs 1107946 in COL1A1 gene had higher score of kneeling solid ball than AC genotype(P=0.037), AA genotype(P=0.028) and AC+AA genotype(P=0.013); CC genotype had higher score of push-ups than AC genotype(P=0.046) and AC+AA genotype(P=0.034); and CC genotype had higher score of standing broad jump than AA genotype(P=0.006); The score of standing broad jump performance of genotype C(AC+CC) was significantly higher than that of genotype AA(P=0.011). AA genotype showed higher score of kneeling solid ball than GA genotype(P=0.023) and GA+GG genotype(P=0.024) in different inheritance patterns of rs 650108 in MMP3 gene. High levels of serum TBil and DBil(P=0.040, P=0.041) and low levels of ALP(P=0.018) in CC genotype were identified compared with AA genotype and AC genotype at rs1107946 of COL1A1 gene. High levels of HCT(P=0.045) and low levels of PCT, HDL-C(P=0.011, P=0.012) in AA genotype were identified compared with GG genotype and GA genotype at rs 650108 in MMP3 gene.Conclusion COL1A1 rs1107946 and MMP3 rs650108 gene polymorphisms can be used as molecular genetic markers of strength quality. COL1A1 rs1107946 CC genotype and MMP3 rs650108 AA genotype are the dominant genotypes of strength quality.
