【Abstract】 One premise of using radiomics to assist in solving clinical problems is “acquisition of standardized medical image data”, which is currently a complex and challenging research topic. There are many potential existing influencing factors to the robustness of lung cancer CT radiomics features. In-depth discussion and research for those factors will be helpful for the standardization of lung cancer CT radiomics, and optimization of the quantitative results of lung cancer CT radiomics, as well as the improvement of the efficacy in solving clinical problems.
