【摘要】 社会服务机构介入农村残疾人就业服务具有重要的理论和现实意义。受主观和客观条件的限制，社会服务机构在介入农村残疾人就业服务的过程中，由于服务对象的需求复杂、管理部门的要求多样以及服务项目的专业性而出现诸多困难。因此，在秉持政府主导、专业化服务与非专业化服务相结合及资源整合等原则的基础上，从框定主体的就业服务内容、发挥政府的统领作用、引导社会服务机构有效介入等方面，完善农村残疾人就业服务模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intervention of social service institutions in rural employment services for disabled people has important theoretical and practical significance. Due to the limitation of subjective and objective conditions, social service agencies will encounter many difficulties in the process of intervening in the employment service of rural disabled persons, owning to the complex needs of service recipients, the diversified requirements of management departments, and the professionalism of service projects. Therefore, on the basis of adhering to the principles of government leadership, combining professional and non-professional services, and resource integration, we will improve the employment service model for rural disabled people from the aspects of defining the employment service content of the main body, playing the leading role of the government, and guiding social service institutions to intervene effectively.更多还原
