【摘要】 目的 观察GaAIAS半导体激光联合石辛含片治疗智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年7月-2022年7月治疗的147例智齿冠周炎患者，随机分为3组，A组49例选用局部冲洗+碘甘油治疗；B组49例选用局部冲洗+石辛含片治疗；C组49例选用局部冲洗+半导体激光联合石辛含片治疗。3组患者持续治疗、观察7天。比较3组的总显效率、疼痛评分、局部症状缓解时间。结果 C组总显效率（97.96%）和B组总显效率（91.84%）显著高于A组（81.63%）(P<0.05)。VAS评分比较，C组<B组<A组（P<0.05）。牙龈红肿疼痛、张口受限缓解、牙龈出血消失时间C组<B组<A组（P<0.05）。结论 GaAIAS半导体激光联合石辛含片治疗智齿冠周炎具有良好的治疗效果，可以缩短治疗时间，提高患者就诊舒适度，值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of GaAIAS semiconductor laser combined with Shixin buccal tablet on pericoronitis. Methods A total of 147 patients with pericoronitis were randomly divided into three groups, group A(49 patients) treated with local flushing and iodine glycerin,group B(49 cases) with local flushing and shixin buccal tablet,group C(49 cases) with local flushing and semiconductor laser combined with shixin buccal tablet. The three groups were treated and observed for 7 days. The total effective rate, pain score, periodontal index and local symptom relief time were compared. Results The total effective rate of group C(97.96%) and group B(91.84%) was significantly higher than that of group A(81.63%)(P<0.05). VAS score of group C was lower than that of group B and group A. The relief time of gingival redness, bleeding,swelling, pain and mouth opening limitation in group C was lower than that in group B and group A(P < 0.05).Conclusions GaAIAS semiconductor laser combined with shixin buccal tablet has a good therapeutic effect on pericoronitis.更多还原
