【摘要】 目的 比较正颌手术优先模式与传统正畸优先模式在治疗牙颌面畸形时患者基本情况及围手术期相关指标的差异，为临床上选择何种治疗方式提供一些参考。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年12月收治的191例牙颌畸形需行双颌手术的患者作为研究对象，按照是否行术前正畸分为手术优先组（135例）与正畸优先组（56例），从性别、年龄、术前安氏错牙合分类、分块截骨发生率、手术时长、麻醉时长、术中出血量、术后炎症反应（术后最高体温）等方面进行比较。结果 手术优先组在分块截骨发生率（手术复杂程度）、手术及麻醉时长上均高于正畸优先组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术优先模式虽然可以缩短治疗周期，但是在手术复杂程度及手术时长方面显著升高，在选择手术优先模式时需慎重考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the differences in patients basic information and perioperative related indicators between the surgery-first approach and the traditional orthodontic-first approach in the treatment of dentofacial deformity.Methods A total of 191 patients who underwent bimaxillary surgery were included in the study. The patients were divided into 2 groups,surgery-first group(135 cases) and orthodontic-first group(56 cases). The gender, age, preoperative Angle’s malocclusion classification, incidence of segmental osteotomy, surgical and anesthesia duration, intraoperative bleeding volume, and postoperative inflammatory response were compared. Results The surgery-first group had a higher incidence of segmental osteotomy, surgery and anesthesia duration than the orthodontics-first group(P<0.05). Conclusions Although the surgery-first approach can shorten the treatment period, it significantly increases the complexity and duration of the surgery.Therefore, careful consideration should be given when selecting the surgery-first approach.更多还原
