【摘要】 目的 比较手术优先-正畸正颌治疗模式下术后正畸关闭拔牙间隙和常规正畸关闭拔牙间隙的速率，为进一步缩短术后正畸治疗时间提供参考。方法 实验组和对照组纳入符合标准的患者各15例，测量1个月时两组患者的拔牙间隙关闭量并计算间隙关闭速率，独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。结果 实验组间隙关闭速率为（0.26±0.06）mm/d，对照组为（0.03±0.01）mm/d,差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 手术优先模式下术后关闭拔牙间隙的速度快于常规正畸模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the rate of closing the extraction space after surgery first approach and conventional orthodontics treatment. Methods The experimental group and the control group each included 15 patients who met the criteria. The amount of extraction space closure and the rate of space closure were measured at one month.The data were statistically analyzed. Results The gap closing rate was(0.26±0.06) mm/day in the experimental group and(0.03±0.01) mm/day in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions The speed of closing the extraction space in the surgery first approach was faster than that in the conventional orthodontic mode.更多还原
