【Abstract】 High-quality physical education teaching staff in primary and secondary schools are an important part of the high-quality education system in the new era. In the past ten years, great progress has been made in the quantity, quality, structure and institutional mechanism construction of physical education teaching staff in primary and secondary schools in China. However, under the requirements of "double reduction" policy, in-depth reform of physical education examination and evaluation, application of information technology, and cultivation of students′ health literacy, the construction of physical education teaching staff is facing a series of difficulties, such as insufficient quantity supply, low proportion of highly educated teachers, unreasonable configuration structure and imperfect management mechanism. It is necessary to improve the system supply and optimize the configuration structure, enhance the modernization level of the governance of teaching staff, promote the construction of physical education teaching staff in primary and secondary schools, and serve the needs of China′s educational modernization.更多还原
