用户驱动下的数字档案馆信息服务探究——以美英加澳国家档案馆为例

【摘要】 信息服务是数字档案馆的基本功能，也是档案馆实现公共档案服务和档案信息资源社会共享的有效途径。本文采用文献调查法、对比分析法等方法，以用户驱动为动因，从用户特征、用户需求、用户行为和用户认知四个维度，分析比较美国、英国、加拿大和澳大利亚四个国家的数字档案馆信息服务建设特色，最后从细化用户分类、完善服务功能、深耕档案资源及优化利用平台四个角度提出优化数字档案馆信息服务的具体路径，以期为我国数字档案馆建设提供可供参考的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information service is the basic function of digital archives, and it is also an effective way for archives to realize the social sharing of public archive services and archival information resources.This paper adopts the literature survey method, comparative analysis method and other methods, taking the user as the driving factor, from the four dimensions of user characteristics, user needs, user behavior and user cognition, comparative analysis of the characteristics of digital archive information service construction in the United States, Britain, Canada and Australia, and finally from the four angles of refining user classification, improving service functions, deeply cultivating archival resources and optimizing the use of the platform, the specific path of optimizing digital archive information services is proposed, in order to provide suggestions for the construction of digital archives in China.更多还原
