【Abstract】 Malignant tumor is a fatal disease to human health. With the continuous advancement of technology and the updating of equipment, radiotherapy gradually becomes one of the main means for treating malignant tumors because of its excellent and wide effects, and its role is irreplaceable. Standardized training for radiotherapy residents can train tumor radiotherapy talents and improve the clinical level of radiotherapy in China. This paper discusses countermeasures from multi-direction to improve training quality of radiation oncology, which includes making appropriate training plans, setting constructive feedback systems and improving docor-patient communication ability, so as to provide reference for imporving residency training quality of rediation oncology.更多还原
