【摘要】 目的 探讨依托“互联网+”的形成性评价在儿外科住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年轮转山东大学齐鲁医院小儿外科、本专业为骨科的住院医师34人作为研究对象，随机分为2组，观察组采用依托“互联网+”的形成性评价，对照组采用传统的终结性评价，通过出科考核及《关于小儿外科住培工作评价方式的调查问卷表》，比较两种评价方式的培训效果。结果 观察组住院医师理论知识考核成绩和总成绩明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组住院医师对依托“互联网+”的形成性评价给予高度认可，出科考核成绩与培训期间采用评价方式量化评分呈正相关关系（r=0.724;P <0.01），越认可依托“互联网+”，其出科考核成绩越高。结论 在儿外科住培中引入依托“互联网+”的形成性评价，对促进住院医师主动学习、培养临床思维、养成良好学习习惯、提高学习效率、辅助带教师资调整教学方案、改善教学质量等方面有帮助，是培养新时代具有岗位胜任力儿外科住院医师的有效评价方法，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application effect of formative assessment based on the "Internet +" in the standardized training for pediatric surgical residents. Methods A total of 34 residents who attended the department of pediatric surgery in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 17 in each. The formative assessment based on the "Internet +" was used in the observation group and summative evaluation in the control group. After the pediatric surgical training, the effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire survey. Results The students in the observation group achieved significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge tests and total admission examination than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). In addition, the formative assessment based on the "Internet +" scores of the residents in the observation group were positively correlated with the admission examination results(r=0.724;P< 0.01). The clinical decision-making ability, self-learning ability,attitude and the total score were also higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Formative assessment based on the "Internet +" used in pediatric surgical training during resident standardized training is beneficial to improve training effect and the quality of teaching.更多还原
