超声医学科住院医师自主学习能力培养的初步探索
Preliminary exploration of cultivation of self-regulated learning of ultrasound residents
【摘要】 自主学习为终身学习的必要条件,自主学习能力的培养符合胜任力导向的住院医师规范化培训内涵。当前超声医学科住院医师的自主学习能力较弱,自主学习能力的培养仍然缺失。指导医师需要积极引导、激发住院医师对超声医学的兴趣、责任感和使命感,并帮助其确定学习目标,通过住院医师与指导医师共同运用多样化的教学方式,设定学习情景,创造学习氛围,完善评价和反馈机制等,使超声医学科住院医师的自主学习能力得到有效提升,促进培养真正符合社会和人民需求的、合格的超声医师。
【Abstract】 The cultivation of self-regulated learning accords with the connotation of competency orientation. However, the ability of self-regulated learning during ultrasound standardized residency training is still lacked. The "guidance" of the tutor is the premise and the "learning" of the student. The tutors need to stimulate residents’ passion for ultrasound and help them identify feasible learning goals, using a variety of teaching methods,setting learning situations, creating learning atmosphere and helping residents’ self-evaluation and feedback in time ability, which may promot the training of qualified sonographers.
