住院医师在血液内科轮转期间培训方式探索
Exploration of standardized residency training mode of hematology department
【摘要】 目的 在新冠感染疫情后,血液内科传统培训模式面临巨大挑战。该团队提出建立住院医师在血液内科轮转的专科特色综合培训方式。方法 该综合培训方式包括:基于血液病患者的情境培训;利用新媒体丰富血液病教学手段,线上线下相结合;规律授课,针对血液病定期集中答疑解惑;以血液病为基础的多学科综合培训。通过回顾性分析既往血液内科传统模式下培训的2018年至2019年72名本科室轮转的住院医师,对比2020年及2021年接受了血液内科新方式培养的84位住院医师临床能力。结果 采用综合培训方式有利于提高血液内科培训效率和培训满意度,提高住院医师的血液内科临床诊治能力,提高血液内科培训完整度。结论 采用新的血液内科综合培养方式,可以使住院医师不再局限于时间和空间达到血液内科培训住培大纲要求;亦可深化培训改革,提升血液内科指导医师培训能力,最终实现师生共赢的目标。
【Abstract】 Objective After COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional hematology teaching mode 1 is facing great challenges. The team proposed to establish a comprehensive training system for residents to rotate in the department of hematology. Methods The comprehensive training mode included:(1) situational training based on blood disease patients;(2) usege of new media and the combination of online and offline teaching methods;(3) regular and intensive teaching and answering for blood diseases;(4) multi-disciplinary comprehensive training based on blood diseases. By retrospective analysis of the clinical abilities of 72 residents who were trained in the traditional mode from 2018 to 2019, this study compared those of 84 residents who were trained in the new mode in 2020 and 2021. Results It was confirmed that the integrated training mode was conducive to improving the training efficiency and training satisfaction of the hematology specialty, improving the resident’s clinical diagnosis and treatment ability in the hematology department, and improving the training integrity in hematology. Conclusion The adoption of a new comprehensive training model can make residents no longer limited to time and space to meet the requirements of the hematology training program. It can also deepen teaching reform, improve the training ability of blood specialists, and finally achieve the goal of win-win between teachers and students.
