【摘要】 目的 探讨基于慕课（massive open online course,MOOC）的以案例为基础的教学（case-based learning, CBL）在耳鼻咽喉科专业住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）中的应用价值。方法 对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科专业住院医师实施基于MOOC的CBL教学模式，经过一年的培训后，对每个年级的住院医师采用问卷调查。结果 住院医师更认可基于MOOC的CBL的教学模式，相比传统教学法更能调动学习积极性，提高学习效率，形成良好的临床思维能力。结论 基于MOOC的CBL的教学能充分调动住院医师的积极性、主动性，通过指导医师的引导，使住院医师充分了解耳鼻咽喉科临床诊疗思路，有效提升住培的效率和质量，让住院医师结束培训后能够在临床工作中独当一面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of massive open online course(MOOC)and case-based learning(CBL) in standardized training of otorhinolaryngology residents. Methods Residents in the Department of Otolaryngology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine participated in this new teaching method of CBL based on MOOC. After one year practice, residents of each grade were surveyed by questionnaires. Results Residents were more likely to approve and have good recognition of CBL teaching based on MOOC, which could better mobilize learning enthusiasm, improve learning efficiency and form better clinical thinking ability compared with the traditional teaching method. Conclusion CBL based on MOOC can fully mobilize residents’ positive enthusiasm and initiative. Through the guidance of teachers, residents can fully understand the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of otolaryngology, effectively improve the efficiency and quality of training, and facilitate the residents qualified in the following clinical work after standardized training.更多还原
