【摘要】 该文介绍了《住院医师规范化培训SOAP病例汇报评估指南(2022年版》(简称《SOAP病例汇报评估指南》)的发布背景与意义,阐述了主观-客观-评价-计划(subject-objective-assessment-plan,SOAP)病例汇报评估的起源以及应用实践中的主要问题,对SOAP病例汇报评估的内容以及评估表进行了解读说明,并就SOAP病例汇报评估应用中的重点问题进行讨论,以帮助指导医师在深入理解《SOAP病例汇报评估指南》的基础上,有效地组织实施SOAP病例汇报评估教学活动,提升教学效果,达成教学目标。

【Abstract】 This article introduces the background and significance of the publication of Guidelines for SOAP Oral Case Presentation Assessment in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition)(referred to as SOAP Oral Case Presentation Assessment Guidelines), describes the origin of SOAP Oral Case Presentation Assessment and the main problems in the implementation. The contents and evaluation form of SOAP Oral Case Presentation Assessment were explained, and the common problems were discussed, helping the instructing physicians to deeply understand the SOAP Oral Case Presentation Assessment Guidelines, and on this basis, to effectively organize and implement this teaching activity, improve the teaching effect, and achieve the teaching goals.
