《住院医师规范化培训操作技能直接观察评估指南（2022年版）》解读
Interpretation of Guideline for Direct Observation of Procedural Skills in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition)
【摘要】 该文根据中国医师协会发布的《住院医师规范化培训操作技能直接观察评估指南（2022年版）》（简称《DOPS评估指南》），分别从DOPS评估现状、《DOPS评估指南》重点内容介绍和重要问题讨论3部分对《DOPS评估指南》进行解读，并对DOPS评估的数量、质量、教育作用3个方面进行重点说明。
【Abstract】 According to Guideline for Direct Observation of Procedural Skills in Standardized Residency Trainig(2022 Edition) issued by Chinese Medical Doctor Association, this article interprets the guideline from three parts:the current situation of direct observation of procedural skills, guideline highlights, and the discussion of important issues.It also highlights the quantity, quality and educational effect of direct observation of procedural skills.
