【Abstract】 This article introduces the background and significance of the publication of Guideline for MiniClinical Evaluation Exercise in Standardized Residency Training(2022 Edition), and analyzes the main problems in the implementation of Mini-CEX Guidelines. According to the chapter sequence of the Mini-CEX Guidelines, the purpose, form, organization, preparation, implementation, feedback and precautions of the Mini-CEX are discussed in detail, and clarify common problems encountered in Mini-CEX,helping the instructing physicians to understand the guideline deeply, and on this basis, to effectively organize and implement this teaching activity, improve the teaching effect, and achieve the teaching goal.更多还原
