新时代高校创新型教师队伍激励机制探索——以H大学为例
Exploration of Incentive Mechanism for Innovative University Teachers in the New Era——Taking H University as an Example
【摘要】 有效的激励机制,是充分发挥高校教师的积极性和创造力,建设新时代创新型教师队伍的关键。H大学基于迪尔综合激励理论模型,围绕五个激励变量,把握岗位聘任体系、评价体系、奖酬体系、支持体系、制度体系建设五个关键环节,创新管理机制,构建系统的全面的激励机制,对高校教师群体个性化激励进行了积极探索。
【Abstract】 An effective incentive mechanism is the key to encourage university teachers’ innovation and build an innovative faculty team in the new era. Based on Dill’s model of motivation, H university focuses on five incentive variables, attaches much significance to the five key proceedings including appointment system, evaluation system, reward system, support system, and institutional system, and builds a systematic and comprehensive incentive mechanism which also explores the personalized incentive of university teacher groups.
