【Abstract】 Government websites are an important window for government information disclosure, interaction between government and the public, and government services, as well as an important carrier and construction content of digital government. From the perspective of digital government, a model for enhancing the service capability of government websites has been studied and constructed, with big data thinking and technology as the basic driving force. The service capability of government websites is characterized by six functional elements such as government civilian interaction, government services, and data openness. The transformation direction of government website construction is based on new management, new technologies, and new channels. Based on the construction requirements of digital government, the digital performance system is centered around the five major systems, including institutional rule system and data resource system, comprehensively enhance the service capabilities of government websites.更多还原
