【摘要】 新时代高等教育不断向高质量发展深入推进，高校院系办公室也要随之开展探索，以“强化服务、提高站位、协同高效、智慧办公”为指导思想，开展智慧型办公室建设，努力实现办公室新的发展和突破。清华大学精密仪器系机关办公室尝试发挥信息化平台作用，保证管理体制科学化，以实现智慧化管理；依托“大办公室”运行模式，加强协同化和一体化建设，以促进智慧化运行；扎实推动工作的精细化建设，充分调动办公室人员职能的发挥，以做好智慧化服务，对当前高校院系智慧型办公室建设的探索具有一定的思考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era, higher education continues to advance towards high-quality development, and department offices should also explore accordingly. Guided by the guiding ideology of "strengthening services, improving standing,collaborating and efficient, and smart office work", we should carry out the construction of smart offices, and strive to achieve new development and breakthroughs in the office. The office of the Department of Precision Instrument of Tsinghua University tried to play the role of information platform to ensure the scientific management system and realize smart management; relying on the operation mode of "big office", strengthen the construction of collaboratization and integration to promote smart operation; promote firmly the fine construction of work, mobilize fully the functions of office staffs,and do a good job of smart services, which is of certain significance for the current exploration of the construction of smart offices in colleges and departments at universities.更多还原
