水肥耦合对山地长季节设施辣椒产量和品质及养分吸收的影响

【摘要】 以‘杭椒12’辣椒为试材,采用追施水溶肥的方法,研究了水肥耦合追施高钾水溶肥对辣椒的品质、产量、植株养分吸收和土壤性状的影响,以期为山地长季节设施栽培杭椒类辣椒使用水肥耦合技术提供参考依据。结果表明:与传统栽培方式相比,追施高钾水溶肥后辣椒单果质量增加1.97 g,同期产量增加9.24%;果实中的还原糖含量,中期地上部分植株氮含量、后期磷和钾含量,种植土壤中速效钾含量、后期土壤中有效钙含量,均与传统栽培存在极显著差异(P<0.01);果实中的维生素C、硝酸盐和粗蛋白含量,后期地上部分植株氮和钙含量,以及种植土壤中期有效钙含量,与传统栽培也存在显著差异(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 Taking pepper ‘Hangjiao 12’ as test material, applying water soluble fertilizer, the effects of water and fertilizer coupling on quality, yield, plant nutrient and soil properties of pepper were investigated, in order to provide reference for the use of water and fertilizer coupling technology for cultivation of long-season cultivated pepper.The results showed that the fruit weight was increased by 1.97 g and the yield was increased by 9.24% in the coupling of water and fertilize produced area, compared with traditional cultivation.Moreover, reducing sugar content, nitrogen content in shoots of medium stage, phosphorus and potassium contents in shoots of later stage, and contents of available potassium and calcium in soil, were significantly changed(P<0.01) in coupling production, compared with those under traditional cultivation.Also, the coupling of water and fertilize technique significantly changed the contents of vitamin C,nitrate and crude protein, contents of nitrogen and calcium in shoots of later stage, and contents of available calcium of planting soil in medium stage, in comparison with traditional cultivation(P<0.05).
