基于石墨烯发热载体的电加热马甲热湿舒适性评价
Evaluation of Thermal and Wet Comfort of Electrically Heated Vest with Graphene as Heating Material
【摘要】 为满足人们在低温环境下的保暖需求,研制了一款用石墨烯作为发热材料、可3个档调节加热温度的电加热马甲,对石墨烯发热载体的发热性能进行了研究。通过人体穿着实验和红外热像仪实验,采集30 min内人体腹部、背部和腰部的衣内温湿度和主观感觉以及30 min时的红外热像图,从不同档位、人体部位和活动状态方面去探析电加热马甲的热湿舒适性能。结果表明:加热马甲对低温条件下人体的辅助保暖效果明显;随着加热档位的增大,衣内温度逐渐升高,衣内湿度的下降速率有所减缓,但加热温度过高,易造成部位受热不均,从而影响舒适性。研究结果将为电加热服装的研发和优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the heating requirements of people to keep warm in low temperature environment, this study developed an electrically heated vest with graphene as heating material and three heating levels adjustment. The heating performance of graphene heating carrier was studied, and the human wearing experiment and infrared thermal imager experiment were used to collect the temperature and humidity of clothing microclimate, subjective feeling in the clothing of human abdomen, back and waist within 30 min and the infrared thermal image at 30 min. The comfort performance of electrically heated vest was analyzed at different heating levels, human body parts and activity states. The results show that the electrically heated vest has obvious auxiliary heating effect on the human body at low temperature.With the increase of heating level, the temperature of clothing microclimate increases gradually, and the decrease rate of humidity of clothing microclimate slows down. However, if the heating temperature is too high, it is easy to cause uneven heating of the parts, thus affecting the comfort. The research results will provide reference for the development and optimization of electric heating clothing.
