基于LED的日常服装智能发光设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Luminous Daily Clothing Based on LED
【摘要】 针对目前市场上的日常发光服装存在发光效果单一、智能性不足、不美观的问题,利用Arduino平台及多种类型的LED设计了一款可日常穿着的智能发光服装。该服装兼具图案美观性、警示功能性及音乐互动性。服装设计主要包括两部分:一为正面的频谱灯设计,二为背面的发光虎形图案设计。频谱灯利用麦克风传感器来获取外界的声音,并将声音信息通过音频分析模块进行6个频段提取,通过Arduino呈现在6段首尾相连的LED灯带灯珠的闪烁上,达到频谱灯的互动效果;服装背面虎形图案由多种类型的LED沿设计线稿勾勒而成,通过编程使虎形图案的灯光随机闪烁,引起人们的视觉注意达到警示的作用。服装利用丝带绣等工艺包裹裸露在外的电子器件增加智能发光服的日常感,解决了LED等器件裸露于服装表面带来的不美观问题。该服装充分发挥LED高亮度、可编程、质量轻等优点,为日常服装的智能发光设计提供了一定参考。
【Abstract】 For the current situation of single luminous effect, lack of intelligence, and unsightly appearance of daily luminous clothing on the market, this paper designed a daily wearable intelligent luminous clothing characterized by beautiful pattern, warning function and music interaction by using the Arduino platform and various types of LED. The garment gives full play to the advantages of LED’s high brightness, programmability, and light-weight, providing a certain reference for the intelligent luminous design of daily clothing. The garment design consists of two parts, the spectrum light design in front and the luminous tiger pattern on the back. The spectrum light uses the microphone sensor to get the external sound and extracts the sound information in six frequency bands through the audio analysis module, which is presented on the flicker of six sections of LED strip connected end to end through Arduino to achieve the interactive effect of the spectrum light. The tiger pattern on the back of the garment is outlined by various types of LEDs along the design lines, which flashes randomly to draw people’s visual attention to the warning effect. The garment uses ribbon embroidery and other processes to wrap the exposed electronic devices to increase the daily sense of intelligent luminous clothing, and solves the problem of unattractive LED and other devices exposed on the surface of the clothing. The garment gives full play to the advantage of LED high brightness, programmable, light weight, and provides some reference for the design of Intelligent luminous daily clothing.
