【摘要】 为研究工业废气污染治理成效，以30个省级区域作为研究对象，提出针对工业废气治理成效的评价指标体系，以CRITIC法和熵权法组合对各指标进行赋权，使用二级模糊综合评价法对治理成效进行量化计算，得到各省级区域的治理成效指数，提出成效投入指数，对治理成效与GDP进行联合分析。结果表明工业污染治理投资占比对废气治理成效的评价占有主要影响，在提升治理成效时应重点考虑。根据联合分析结果将省级区域分为单位GDP取得治理成效很好、较好和一般3类，排名前三的是青海、宁夏、海南。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the governance effectiveness of industrial waste gas pollution, this study took 30 provincial regions as the research object. An evaluation index system for the governance effectiveness of industrial waste gas is put forward. By combining CRITIC method and entropy weight method, each indicator is weighted, second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively calculate the governance effectiveness. The governance effectiveness index of each provincial region is obtained, and the effect input index is proposed. Through a joint analysis of governance effectiveness and GDP,the results show that the proportion of investment in industrial pollution control has a major impact on the evaluation of the governance effectiveness of waste gas, which should be focused on when improving governance effectiveness. According to the joint analysis results, the provincial regions were divided into three categories: very good, good, and average, with Qinghai, Ningxia and Hainan ranking as the top three.更多还原
