‘库尔勒香梨’主干形冠层环境因子与果实品质变化的研究

【摘要】 为优化‘库尔勒香梨’的栽培模式,提高果品质量,该研究以主干形‘库尔勒香梨’为试材,在行距4.0 m的前提下,对不同株距、不同小主枝数量的主干形树冠各冠层的光照、温度、湿度和果实品质进行研究,探究不同株距和不同小主枝数量对‘库尔勒香梨’果实品质的影响。结果表明,主干形不同冠层光照强度垂直分布差异显著,从大到小依次为上层、中层、下层;光照强度水平分布差异不显著。小主枝数量对光照强度影响明显。温度变化,上层显著高于中层和下层。相对湿度从大到小依次为下层、中层、上层。随着冠层升高,单果重、可溶性固形物含量显著增加,果实硬度降低,着色增加;树冠上层果实品质明显优于中层和下层。认为在行距4.0 m的前提下,株距1.5 m、15个小主枝的主干形香梨果实品质最佳。

【Abstract】 To optimize the cultivation pattern of ’Korla Pear’ and improve the fruit quality,this study took the trunk-shaped ’Korla Pear’ as the test material and investigated the effects of different plant spacing and different number of small main branches on the light,temperature,humidity and fruit quality of each canopy of the trunk-shaped canopy at a row spacing of 4.0 m. The effect of different plant spacing and different number of small branches on the fruit quality of ’Korla Pear’was investigated. The results showed that the vertical distribution of light intensity in different canopy layers of trunk shape was significantly different,from large to small in the upper layer,middle layer and lower layer;and the horizontal distribution of light intensity was not significantly different;and the number of small main branches had significant effect on light intensity.the temperature changed,the upper layer was significantly higher than the middle layer and lower layer.the relative humidity was from large to small in the lower layer,middle layer and upper layer. As the canopy layer increased,single fruit weight and soluble solids content increased significantly,fruit hardness decreased and coloring increased;fruit quality was significantly better in the upper layer of the canopy than in the middle and lower layers. The fruit quality of balsam pear in the upper canopy was significantly better than that in the middle and lower canopies. The fruit quality of balsam pear in the main trunk shape with 1.5 m spacing and 15 small branches was considered to be the best under the premise of 4.0 m row spacing.
