【摘要】 目的 探讨特发性肺纤维化CT评分与Ⅰ～Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者术后复发的关系。方法 收集接受手术治疗的110例Ⅰ～Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌合并特发性肺纤维化患者的临床资料，统计不同临床分期非小细胞肺癌患者特发性肺纤维化CT评分情况和术后复发情况，并比较不同临床分期术后复发和未复发患者的特发性肺纤维化CT评分，分析特发性肺纤维化与Ⅰ～Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者术后复发的相关性。结果 110例Ⅰ～Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者术后3年共有35例患者复发，复发率为31.82%。Ⅰ～Ⅲ期术后复发患者的特发性肺纤维化CT评分均高于未复发患者，差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。特发性肺纤维化CT评分与Ⅰ～Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者的术后复发均呈正相关（P﹤0.05）。结论 特发性肺纤维化可加大Ⅰ～Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者术后复发风险，临床对合并该病的患者应给予重视，给予积极有效的干预措施以降低特发性肺纤维化的负面影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of CT score in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with postoperative recurrence of stage Ⅰ～Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Method The clinical data of 110 surgically treated NSCLC patients with stage Ⅰ～Ⅲ complicated with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were collected. The CT scores and postoperative recurrence of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis at different clinical stages were statistically analyzed. CT scores of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were compared between patients with and without recurrence in different clinical stages,and the correlation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with postoperative recurrence of stage Ⅰ～Ⅲ NSCLC was analyzed. RRee-sult A total of 35 patients relapsed 3 years after operation in 110 patients, with recurrence rate was 31.82%. The CT scores of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in postoperative recurrent patients with stage Ⅰ～Ⅲ NSCLC were higher than those without recurrence patients(P<0.05); there were positive correlation of CT scores of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with postoperative recurrence of stage Ⅰ～Ⅲ NSCLC(P<0.05). Conclusion Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis can increase the risk of postoperative recurrence in patients with stage Ⅰ～Ⅲ NSCLC. Clinical attention should be paid to patients with this disease, and positive and effective interventions should be given to reduce the negative effect of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.更多还原
